Tony Hayes delivered Lean Basics training to a group of employees from various levels of our organization.  Tony was able to engage the entire class and present the information in a way to empower us all to begin our search for muri, mura, and muda.  Since my initial training, I was able to host an event to “lean out” one of our digital forms.  Our group reduced 36% of the fields that had been required for an individual to submit a form to our department.  We will continue to search and eliminate waste!
